Close a Form or Limit Its Responses

   Open the form and select the Settings tab.

   Under Taking responses, turn Open for responses off to close the form now, or on to open it again.

   To close it later, turn on Close on a date and pick the date and time, or Close after a number of responses and type the number.

   Under What a closed form says (optional), type your own words, such as "All places are taken. Thank you!"

Good to Know

• Taking responses changes at once. You don't need to publish.
• Dates and times are Accra time.
• A closed form says so before anyone starts typing. People already typing keep their answers on their phone.
• A form also stops taking responses when the workspace has used the month's responses. People already answering can still send.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The form closed before you expected. The workspace may have reached the month's responses. Check Workspace Settings › Usage, then move up a level or wait for the 1st of the month.
• It won't open again. A form held for a check or taken down by Agoo's safety team can't be opened from here. See Safety in your workspace.
