Collect Answers in Person with the Agoo Forms App

   Open the Agoo Forms app and select Collect.

   Under Forms to collect for, select the form.

   Hand over the phone, or ask the questions and fill them in yourself, then select Send.

   Select Another response for the next person.

Good to Know

• Open each form once while you have a signal: the app keeps it, so it opens with no signal later.
• Responses taken with no signal wait on the phone and send by themselves when it's back. Collect shows how many are waiting.
• A response is never sent twice, even when the connection drops as it goes.
• Photos and files go up as they're chosen, so they need a signal; the rest of the form doesn't.
• Once sent, a response's answers leave the phone; only its reference stays, under Responses waiting on this phone.
• Only live forms can be collected for. Close the form, and responses still waiting are refused.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A response wasn't taken. Open Collect, select the card at the top, and read why under Need a look. Select Try again once the form is open again, or Let it go.
• The form doesn't open. It hasn't been opened on this phone with a signal yet. Connect, open it once, and it works offline after that.
• A file or photo can't be added. Files need a signal: each is checked for viruses as it goes up. Send the rest of the answers, or wait for a signal.
