Open a new code from ConsoleQR codes › New QR code, or open a saved code and select Change.
- Under Style, choose the Dots and Corners.
- Under Colours, choose One colour, Gradient or Radial gradient, and the Background.
- Under Logo, choose No logo or Agoo mark, select Use our logo for the logo in your branding, or Upload a logo.
- Under Frame, choose a frame such as Label or Ticket, and write a Call to action like "Scan for the menu".
- Check the preview says it scans, then select Save code or Save changes.
Good to Know
- Free has six dot styles, four corners and one colour. Starter adds every style, your own logo and frames. Growth adds gradients and your brand colour.
- The Advanced QR add-on brings Growth's design options to Free and Starter.
- Keep the code darker than its background, and the quiet zone at 4 or more. Smaller logos scan more reliably.
- Error correction under the last tab trades size for toughness: High survives most damage, such as an outdoor sign.
- Your work in progress is kept while you design, so a power cut or dropped connection doesn't lose it.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The preview says it doesn't scan. Change the design: a light code on a dark background, a big logo or a narrow quiet zone are the usual causes. It can't be saved until it scans.
- "Scans, with a caution". It reads, but some phones may struggle. Fix what it says if you can.
- "That image couldn't be read." Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG of up to 5 MB.
- An option is greyed out. It comes with a higher plan, which the option names.
