Save a QR Brand Template

Save your colours, logo and frame once, so every QR code your team makes looks like yours.

  • Plans: Growth and up

  1. Go to ConsoleQR codes and select Templates.

  2. Select New template, and design it as you would a code: style, colours, logo, frame and call to action.
  3. Give it a Name and select Save template.

Anyone making a code can then start from it with Brand template in the studio.

Good to Know

  • Brand templates come with Growth, or the Advanced QR add-on on Free and Starter.
  • Owners and Admins make and change templates. Everyone sees them when they choose a template.
  • Changing a template doesn't change codes already made from it.
  • To make everyone use one, turn on Codes use a brand template in ConsoleQR codesSettings.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • You can't delete a template. It's your last one, and Codes use a brand template is on. Turn that off first.
  • "Name the template." Give it a name before you save.
