- Open a business's page and go to What They Offer. Each item shows its price and, from three reviews, its own rating.
- Select an item to see its photos, the branches that offer it and the reviews that mention it.
- Select Buy, Order or Book to go to the business's store or booking page. The button says where it goes.
- To ask a question, select Enquire on an item, or Ask the business about anything.
- Write your question, choose whether to share your phone number or email with them, and select Send the enquiry.
- Read their answer, and follow up, under Your Enquiries in Messages.
Good to Know
- You need to be signed in to send an enquiry. Your phone number and email stay private unless you choose to share one.
- You hear when the business answers, on agoo.reviews and on your phone.
- An item's rating is the stars of the reviews that name it, shown as from N reviews that name it. The business's score is worked out as always.
- An item is found in a town only where a branch there offers it, and a closed branch isn't listed on it.
- Agoo Reviews never takes payment for an item. Buying happens on the business's own store or booking page.
- You can send 10 enquiries a day, and 3 to one business.
If Something Goes Wrong
- There's no Enquire button. The business doesn't take enquiries about that item, or its page has no team yet. Use the contact details on the page.
- No answer yet. Businesses answer in their own time. Call or message them with the details on their page if it's urgent.
- An answer asks for your card number or password. Never give it. Report the business from its page.
