Answer a Business About Your Review
Reply privately when a business writes to you, and say whether they sorted it out, under your review if you choose.

- Open the account menu and select Messages.
- Find the conversation about your review, write your answer, and select Send.
- When they've done something about it, choose Yes, sorted out, No, not sorted out or I'd rather leave it.
- Add a few words if you'd like, and tick Show this, dated, under my review to let readers see it.
- Select Save my answer.
Good to Know
- A business can write to you only if you allowed it when you wrote your review. Neither of you sees the other's phone number or email.
- Only you can say whether it was sorted out. A business closing its case never speaks for you.
- Your answer never changes your stars. Change your review yourself if you want to.
- No business may offer you anything for changing or removing a review. Report it if one does.
- You can change or take back your answer at any time.
- If you show your answer under your review, your few words are checked first, as reviews are, and show once they pass; your answer itself shows at once. No phone numbers, emails or links. If Agoo can't show your words, you're told why.
If Something Goes Wrong
- There's no box to answer. You stopped this business's messages. Select Allow its messages again first.
- A message is pushy or rude. Select Report to Agoo, which also stops its messages.
