Export a Report to CSV, Excel or PDF

   Open the report or list, such as ConsoleReports, and set its filters.

   Select Export at the top of the page.

   Under Download as, choose CSV, Excel or PDF.

The file downloads with what's on screen, as it's filtered.

Good to Know

• CSV works in any spreadsheet or system. Excel gives a workbook with one sheet per table. PDF is for reading, printing or sharing.
• Some pages offer extra exports under the same menu.
• Exports follow your role: you get only what you're allowed to see on the page.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The export didn't work. Try again. If Agoo can't be reached, check your connection first.
• You don't see Export. The page has nothing to export yet, such as Reports before your first site is added.
