Read Your Visitor Reports

   Go to ConsoleReports.

   Choose a period, such as Last 7 days, This month or Choose dates with From and To.

   If you have more than one site or visitor type, narrow it to Every site or one, and Every visitor type or one.

   Read the totals at the top, then scroll for Busiest times, By visitor type, By site, Hosts with the most visitors and more.

Good to Know

• The totals include Visits, Different visitors, Didn't arrive, Arrived on time, A typical wait and Hosts answered in.
• Busiest times are on each site's own clock.
• Further down, the same period shows Bookings, Visitor feedback, Attendance, WhatsApp replies and QR code scans, where you use them.
• The period, site and visitor type stay in the page's address, so you can share or reload a report as it is.
• How far back you can look depends on your plan's visitor history.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The page says there are no visits in this period. Choose a longer period, or check the site and visitor type filters.
• You can't see Reports. Your role doesn't include seeing visits. Ask an Admin.
• Reports asks you to add a site. Reports count the visits at your sites. Add one in ConsoleSettingsSites.
