Good to Know

  • In the Agoo Reviews app: Discover › Most Trusted.
  • One edition a year. Each list shows up to 10 businesses, by the public score at the edition's cut-off date, then by how many reviews the score counts. A list needs at least 3 businesses.
  • The same rules for every business. A business needs a score shown, at least 20 reviews published in the 12 months before the cut-off, and no consumer warning or pause for unusual activity in those months.
  • It can't be bought. Paying for review tools changes nothing on the list, and no business can ask to be on it. Pages related to the company that runs Agoo Reviews stand aside.
  • The figures are the edition's. The score and reviews beside each business are the ones at the cut-off, kept as they were when the list was published, so they can differ from its page today.
  • A business on a list shows Most Trusted on its page, with a link to the list it's on.
  • Earlier editions stay readable under Other Editions.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The page says it can't be found. No edition has been published yet, or there's no list for that year or category.
  • A business you know isn't on the list. It may have fewer than 20 reviews in the year, or no score showing yet. Write a review of a place you've visited: every honest review counts towards next year's list.
  • A business has gone from a list. A business whose page has been taken offline, or removed, isn't shown; the others keep their places.
