Good to Know
- In the Agoo Reviews app: You › Your scam reports. A notification about a report opens it there.
- Each report shows where it stands: waiting for a moderator, a question for you, confirmed, not confirmed, or warning lifted. We also email you each time.
- Numbers are masked here too, like 024 *** 3456.
- Answering sends the report back to a moderator with a fresh 2 working days. A question left unanswered for 30 days closes the report.
- Appeals are open for 30 days after a decision, once per decision. A moderator who didn't make the first decision decides, usually within 5 working days.
- Requests to lift a warning you sent show here too, with their own appeal.
- Your reports are in your data download. If you delete your account, reports that were never confirmed go with it; confirmed ones stay, with no name on them, to keep others safe.
If Something Goes Wrong
- No Appeal button. The decision is more than 30 days old, it's been appealed already, or it can't be appealed (a confirmed report).
- "There's no question waiting for you on that report." A moderator has already decided, or the report closed. Refresh the page.
