Ask Us to Look Again at a Scam Warning
If a scam warning on Agoo Reviews is about your phone number, account or website and it's wrong, tell Agoo why and a moderator decides.

- Look up your number, account or website at agoo.reviews/check.
- Under the warning, select Is this yours? Ask us to look again, and sign in if you aren't already.
- Check the number, account or website, and choose how it's yours.
- Type Your name, and under Why is the warning wrong? explain what happened.
- Select Add screenshots if you have proof, then select Ask Us to Look Again.
Good to Know
- In the Agoo Reviews app: check it in Check Before You Pay, then select Is this yours? Ask us to look again under the warning.
- Common reasons: your network gave you a number someone else used before, your account was taken over and you've got it back, or it was never involved.
- While we look, anyone who looks it up sees that it's disputed. A moderator decides, usually within 5 working days, and we email you.
- If we agree, the warning lifts at once and the people who reported it are told it was lifted, never who you are.
- If we don't, you can appeal within 30 days. A different moderator decides.
- Only Agoo's moderators see your name, what you wrote and your screenshots.
- A business whose name was used by a fake account doesn't need to do this: see fake accounts using your business's name.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "There's no warning on Agoo Reviews about that, so there's nothing to dispute." Check you typed it as it appears. A warning shows only after a moderator confirms a report.
- "That's three requests today." You can send more tomorrow.
- "You've asked already." Your earlier request is still open. Follow it in Your Scam Reports.
