Get Help with Money Sent to You
If money sent to you from abroad has gone wrong, go to the bank or wallet that paid you, then the transfer company, then the Bank of Ghana's complaints office.

Go to the bank or wallet that paid you, with the sender's name and the transfer's reference. They should acknowledge your complaint within five days, and it costs you nothing.
Open the transfer company's page on agoo.reviews and find How to Get Help, then contact it the way it shows. Ask the person who sent the money to contact it too.
If your bank or wallet hasn't put it right, contact the Bank of Ghana's complaints office at complaints.office@bog.gov.gh, or 0593974486 by WhatsApp or phone.
Good to Know
- Most support is written for senders. Few companies say a recipient may use it, and few have a line in Ghana, which is why your bank or wallet comes first.
- Fake support numbers are a scam of their own. Use the contacts on the company's own website. Every contact on the page was read there, on the date it shows.
- Agoo Reviews doesn't handle money and can't get it back. It can only tell you who to contact.
- The Bank of Ghana's office looks at complaints about the institutions it regulates.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Someone cheated you, rather than the company. The company may not be able to help. Report a scam, and go to the police.
- A number on a page doesn't work. Report the page so someone checks it again.
