How AI Credits Work

See how many AI credits your plan includes each month, what uses them and where to buy more.

  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsBilling.

  2. In the wallet, check the AI credits in packs you have left.
  3. To get more, choose a pack under Buy an SMS bundle or AI pack and select Buy.

Good to Know

  • Every plan includes AI credits each month: 20 on Free, 100 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 2,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Enterprise.
  • Monthly allowances start again each month. Packs are used after the allowance, and expire 12 months after you buy them.
  • Where a feature uses credits, its settings show how many are left this month, such as Reading labels in ConsoleDeliveries Settings.
  • Agoo AI features are off until an Owner or Admin turns them on.
  • Your data is never used to train AI models.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • An AI feature stopped working. You may be out of credits for the month. Wait for next month's allowance, or buy a pack.
  • You can't buy a pack. Only people who can manage billing can. Ask your Owner.
