Read Parcel Labels with Agoo AI

Let Agoo AI read a parcel's label photo and suggest who it's for, with the courier and tracking number.

  • Plans: Every plan
  • Updated 27 October 2026
  • 1 min read
  1. Go to ConsoleDeliveries and open Settings. You need to be an Owner or Admin.

  2. Under Reading labels, turn on Read label photos with Agoo's AI.
  3. Select Save.

From then on, when someone logs a parcel with a photo of its label, Agoo suggests who it's for, and fills in the courier and tracking number.

Good to Know

  • Each label read uses 1 AI credit, from your plan's monthly allowance first, then from AI packs. A reading that fails gives its credit back.
  • A person always chooses who the parcel is for. A suggestion is never used on its own.
  • Logging never waits for the AI. If it's slow, can't read the label or you're out of credits, people carry on by hand.
  • The Agoo Kiosk and Agoo Workspace apps also read labels on the device, free and offline, with this off.
  • Only the label photo is sent, and it's never used to train AI models.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The switch is greyed out and says it isn't available. Label reading isn't available for your organisation at the moment. The apps keep reading labels on the device.
  • Suggestions stopped. You may be out of AI credits. The panel shows how many are left this month. Buy a pack from Credits and packs.
