Install Agoo Workspace and Sign In

Before You Start

You need an Agoo account. New people join from the invitation their organisation sends; you can't create an account in the app.

   Get the app from the apps page on agoohq.com. On iPhone and iPad, it opens Agoo Workspace on the App Store: tap Get. On Android, download and install it; your phone asks once to allow installing from your browser.

   Open Agoo. Watch the short intro, or tap Skip.

   Sign in with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft if your organisation uses them, or Sign in with a passkey.

   Or type your Email and choose Password, or Email me a code and type the code from your email.

   If your account uses two-step verification, type the code from your authenticator app.

   Allow notifications when the app asks, so you hear about visitors and approvals at once.

Good to Know

• Use the same account as the Console. You see what your role allows there, no more and no less.
• If you need two-step verification and haven't set it up, the app sets up your authenticator with you on the same phone.
• The app needs iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, or Android 8 or later.
• Agoo Workspace doesn't count towards your plan's devices.

If Something Goes Wrong

• No code arrives. Check your spam folder. Send a new code comes back after a short wait; use the newest one.
• You've forgotten your password. Tap Forgot your password?, or sign in with an email code instead.
• Your organisation requires Google or Microsoft. A password or code alone won't open it. Use the button the app shows.
