How the app locks itself, how to open it with your phone's own lock, and when it asks you to sign in again.

- Set a passcode or screen lock on your phone, if you haven't: the app can't lock without one.
Open Agoo. When it shows Agoo is locked, unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode on iPhone and iPad, or your fingerprint, face unlock or screen lock on Android.
- To leave from the lock screen instead, tap Sign out.
Good to Know
- The app locks again when you leave it for more than 30 seconds.
- Every 30 days, or after 14 days without opening it, the app asks you to sign in again. Your organisation may make this shorter.
- Buttons on notifications, such as Approve, ask for your phone's unlock first, so nobody can answer for you from a locked phone.
- Your organisation's data on the phone is encrypted and deleted when you sign out.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Face ID or your fingerprint isn't offered. Turn it on for your phone in its settings, and allow it for Agoo.
- The app asks you to sign in again. Your sign-in reached its time limit. Sign in as you did the first time.
