- When the app shows what you'd get, tap Turn on notifications, then Allow when your phone asks.
- To choose how each alert reaches you, go to Account › Notifications.
- Under How each alert reaches you, turn The app on or off for each alert, beside WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- Set Quiet hours if you like.
- Tap Send a test notification to check it arrives.
Good to Know
- Agoo tries the app first. If a notification doesn't reach your phone in time, it sends the same alert your next way.
- Emergency roll calls, security holds and shift reminders come through during quiet hours.
- To answer from the lock screen, press and hold the notification and tap a button such as Approve or I'm coming.
- Phones with your notifications lists your phones. Remove one you've lost or given away.
- Notifications are free on every plan.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "Notifications are off". You tapped Don't Allow. Tap Open Settings and allow notifications for Agoo.
- The test doesn't arrive. See Fix Notifications That Don't Arrive.
