Invite Your Team by Phone

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Team and alerts.

   Under Invite Someone, select By phone.

   Type their mobile number, such as 024 555 0191, and choose Responder or Manager.

   Keep Every branch (head office), or choose Some branches and tick the branches they look after.

   Select Send the invitation.

They get a text with a link. They open it and sign in to Agoo Reviews with that same mobile number to accept.

Good to Know

• In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › Team › Invite someone › By phone.
• By text on every level. Your team's size is the same as for an email invitation: 2 people on Basic, 5 on Reviews Plus and 25 on Reviews Business. Branch people don't count.
• By text or email only. Team invitations don't go on WhatsApp.
• An invitation lasts 7 days. Up to 20 invitations by phone can go from a page each day.
• Someone invited for some branches lands straight on their branches when they accept.
• Invitations by phone show under Who Manages with the number partly hidden. Select Withdraw to cancel one.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Give their mobile number." Check the number. It must be a mobile number that can take a text.
• "They're already on the team." Someone signed in with that number is on the team already.
• They can't accept. They must sign in with the number the invitation went to. If they signed in another way, they sign out and sign in with a code to that number.
• "That's 20 invitations by phone today." Try again tomorrow, or invite by email.
