See What Each Team Role Can Do

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Team and alerts.

   Under What Each Role Can Do, select Every role, side by side.

   Read across: a tick means that role can do it; Their branches means only for the branches the person looks after.

Good to Know

• Owner: everything, including changing roles and branches, handing the page over and releasing it. A page has one owner.
• Manager: the page's details, photos, branches, official numbers, invitations, the team and the level, with replies and answers.
• Responder: replies to reviews, cases and answers to questions.
• Branch manager or responder: the same as their role, only for their branches: reading and replying, answers and invitations for those branches.
• Nobody on the team can review the business, or edit, hide or reorder its reviews, and nothing anyone pays for changes its score.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Someone can't do something they need to. The owner changes their role, or their branches, under Who Manages.
• You need to change the owner. The owner selects Make owner beside the person who takes over.
