Log a Vehicle In or Out at the Gate

   Sign in at the gate and tap Vehicles.

   Tap Vehicle in, then point the camera at the plate. Or tap Or type the plate.

   Check what the screen says about the vehicle, add the driver and what it's here for, and take A photo of the vehicle or tap Skip the photo.

   Tap Let it in.

   When it leaves, tap Vehicle out, read the plate as it leaves, and tap Log it out.

Good to Know

• The device reads plates itself and keeps your site's known and barred vehicles, so it works offline.
• When a host adds a guest's plate to their invitation, the gate knows the car as it arrives.
• Inside now lists the vehicles logged in at your site.
• Admins manage known and barred vehicles in ConsoleSecurityVehicles.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Barred vehicle". Don't let it in. Choose Turn it away, and security is told. If someone in charge says to let it in, choose Let it in on their say-so and add their name and role.
• The plate won't read. Type it with Or type the plate.
• "No vehicle inside has that plate." It wasn't logged in. Choose Log it out anyway if it's leaving.
