- On the gate device's Gate sign-in screen, type your name and tap it.
- Type your PIN, or tap Scan my badge and hold up the badge in Agoo Workspace.
- If you're on attendance and not clocked in yet, choose Clock in and sign in, or Just sign in.
- When you step away, tap your name at the top and choose Lock now. Type your PIN to carry on.
- At the end of your shift, the next guard taps Hand over and signs in, or you choose Sign out.
Good to Know
- Everything you do while signed in is in your name, on the visit and in the audit trail.
- The device locks by itself after it's left alone for a while. Admins set how long in ConsoleDevices.
- Sign-in works offline, like everything else at the gate.
- Set or change your PIN in Agoo Workspace, or ask an admin to set it for you.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "You can't sign in at this gate". Your role doesn't work the gate at this site. Ask your manager to give you access, or to turn on Works the gate for you.
- "No PIN yet". Show your badge instead, or ask an admin to set your PIN.
- "We don't recognise this badge". Set the badge up again in Agoo Workspace, or use your PIN.
- Someone left without signing out. An admin can sign them out from ConsoleDevices.
