Go to ConsoleAttendancePayroll and open Layouts.
- Select New layout and give it a Name, such as the payroll system it's for.
- Choose the Rows: A row per pay code or A row per person.
- Select Add a column for each column, in order, with your own heading. Drag, or use the arrows, to reorder.
Set the Header row, Between values, Dates, Hours and File name. Check the Sample with two sample people, then save.
Good to Know
- Agoo's own layouts are Long, one row per person and pay code, and Wide, one row per person with a column per pay code.
- Add Fixed text for a value every row needs, such as a company code.
- Remove stops a layout being offered for new files. Files already made with it keep their copy.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Your payroll system rejects the file. Compare the Sample with a file your payroll system made, and match headings and separators.
- "Add columns to see the file". The layout has no columns yet.
