Act on a New Sign-In Alert That Wasn't You
What to do when Agoo tells you about a sign-in on a new device that you don't recognise.

Go to ConsoleYour accountSign-in and security and find Where you're signed in.
- Select Sign out beside the device you don't recognise.
- Change your password under Password.
- Turn on two-step verification if you haven't, so a password alone can't get in.
Good to Know
- Agoo emails you, and notifies Agoo Workspace, when your account is used on a device it hasn't seen in the last 90 days.
- The alert says what the device is, which part of Agoo, how it signed in and roughly where. If it was you, there's nothing to do.
- Agoo also emails you when your password, sign-in email, authenticators or Google and Microsoft sign-ins change. These emails can't be turned off.
- Agoo never asks for your password or a two-step code.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't sign in any more. Reset your password with Forgot your password?, or sign in with an email code, then sign the device out.
- You think someone has your email too. Secure your email account first, then change your Agoo password.
