Manage the Phones That Get Your Alerts

   Open Your accountYour alerts and find Your phones.

   Select Send a test notification to check your phones get alerts.

   To stop alerts on a phone, select the remove button beside it and confirm with Stop notifications.

Good to Know

• Your phones lists where you're signed in to Agoo Workspace with notifications on, with when each was added and last used.
• From the lock screen you can approve a visit, tell reception you're coming or say you're safe.
• A phone you stop gets no more Agoo notifications. Signing in to the app there again turns them back on.

If Something Goes Wrong

• No phones are listed. Sign in to Agoo Workspace on your phone and turn on notifications when it asks.
• The test doesn't arrive. Check notifications are allowed for Agoo Workspace in your phone's settings, and that the phone is online.
• You lost a phone. Stop notifications on it here, and sign out of it from Your accountSign-in and security.
