Open Your accountMy record and select Ask HR to correct.
- Change only what's wrong: your Legal name, your Date of birth, or a number with Correct a number.
- Under Why, say what's wrong, such as a middle name that's missing.
- Select Send to HR.
HR checks it, usually against your Ghana Card, and you're told when it's decided.
Good to Know
- A new number is kept encrypted as soon as you send it. Only the last four are shown.
- While your request waits, it shows on your record, where you can call it off.
- A Ghana Card PIN looks like GHA-123456789-0.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says to change at least one thing. The details you typed match your record already. Change the one that's wrong.
- HR declined it. Their note says why. Speak to HR, then ask again with what they need.
