Message a Reviewer

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Reviews and replies.

   Find the review and select Message the reviewer.

   Write your message, between 20 and 1,500 characters, with no links. You can give your business's phone number.

   Select Send. The review then shows whether your message was read.

Good to Know

• Message the reviewer shows only on reviews whose writer allowed messages from the business. Many won't; reply publicly instead.
• Agoo passes your message on. You never see their name, email or phone number, and they choose whether to answer.
• You can send up to 3 messages about one review, and your page up to 20 a day. Without an answer, the next waits a week; once the reviewer answers, you can write back straight away. Their messages never count against you.
• Messages are for putting things right. Never ask someone to change or remove a review, or offer anything for it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "The reviewer hasn't allowed messages about this review." Reply publicly from the same review instead.
• "You've sent this reviewer 3 messages about this review." That's the most there can be. Your public reply stays open to you.
• "Your page has sent 20 messages today." Try again tomorrow.
