Draft a Reply with AI

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Reviews and replies.

   Find the review and select Draft with AI under its reply box. The draft fills the box.

   Read the draft and change anything that isn't right or isn't how you'd say it.

   Select Post the reply.

In the Agoo Reviews apps, open a review in business mode, select Reply, then Draft with AI.

Good to Know

• Each draft uses 1 AI credit. Reviews Plus has 50 AI credits a month and Reviews Business 300; they come back on the 1st. If the AI can't answer, nothing is taken.
• A draft is only a draft. The AI never posts anything; you post the reply yourself.
• The AI sees the review's stars and words, never who wrote it.
• A draft never offers anything for a changed review and never gives a phone number, email or link; Agoo refuses one that does.
• For 12 months after you post a reply drafted with AI, your page says May use AI-assisted replies.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Draft with AI button. AI drafts come with Reviews Plus and Reviews Business for branches with those tools. See Choose a Level of Review Tools.
• "This month's AI credits are used up." Write this reply yourself; your credits come back on the 1st.
• The draft doesn't fit. Change it, or select Draft with AI again for another.
