Print Your Review Poster

   Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.

   Select QR, link and widgets, then Print the QR poster.

   If you have branches, choose Which poster?: The whole business (readers choose the branch), one branch, or Every branch, one per page, and select Show.

   To let customers write their review in WhatsApp too, tick Add Review on WhatsApp and select Show.

   Select Print the poster and print on A4.

Good to Know

• In the Agoo Reviews app: Business › your page › QR Poster. Select Print the poster (AirPrint on iPhone and iPad, Android's own printing on Android), Save to Photos (Save to Pictures on Android) or Share the poster, and turn on Add Review on WhatsApp where it shows.
• Printing it, from Print the poster or your browser's own Print, ticks Print your QR poster on Get Your Page Ready.
• While your page waits for Agoo to approve it, you can print it already: it starts working the moment the page opens.
• A branch's poster opens the review form with that branch already chosen. The branch list shows each poster's scans in the last 30 days.
• Anyone can scan a poster, so a review written from one carries the reviewer's own label, not Verified visit.
• Add Review on WhatsApp puts a second, smaller code on the poster that opens a WhatsApp chat with Agoo's number, with the branch's code printed beside it for anyone who'd rather type REVIEW and the code. It works on every level. See Write a Review on WhatsApp.
• Ask everyone, never only happy customers, and never offer anything for a review.
• If your organisation uses Agoo, you can also make review posters in the Agoo Console.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The poster prints across two pages. In your browser's print settings, choose A4 and set the scale to fit the page.
• A branch is missing from the list. Add it under Branches first.
• There's no Add Review on WhatsApp. It shows once Agoo's WhatsApp number is ready for reviews. A branch manager sees it on their own branch's poster.
