Write a Review on WhatsApp

   Start the chat in one of three ways: scan Or review on WhatsApp on the place's poster, reply to a WhatsApp invitation from the place, or send Agoo REVIEW followed by the six-character code printed on the poster.

   If the place has several branches, choose the one you visited from Choose branch, or reply with its name or town.

   Choose your stars from Choose stars, or reply with a number from 1 to 5.

   Reply with what happened, in your own words: at least 30 characters.

   Send a photo if you'd like to add one, or select No photo.

   Read the short declaration and select Send review.

Agoo replies with what happens next and a link to see or change your review on agoo.reviews.

Good to Know

• Your WhatsApp number is your Agoo Reviews account. If you've never used Agoo Reviews, sending your first review makes your account, and you confirm you're 18 or over. Sign in at agoo.reviews with the same number to manage it.
• New reviewers show as their first name and the first letter of their last name, from the name on their WhatsApp. Change it any time under Your account.
• Your review goes through the same checks as one written on the website, and carries a label that says how it was checked: Phone confirmed, or Invited by the business or Verified visit from an invitation, with Paid visit beside it when the invitation came after a payment.
• The first sentence of your words becomes your review's title. You can change it on agoo.reviews.
• Reply CANCEL at any time to stop. Your words are cleared and nothing is sent.
• Reply STOP to stop all WhatsApp messages from Agoo, and START to have them again.
• Good or bad, every review goes the same way. Nobody is offered anything for a review.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "We couldn't find the code." Check the code on the poster and send REVIEW and the code again. Codes have six letters and numbers, with no 0, O, 1 or I.
• "Your review on WhatsApp timed out." A chat ends after a while with no reply, and its words are cleared. Send REVIEW and the code to start again.
• "You've already reviewed this branch." One review per branch at a time. Change your review on agoo.reviews instead.
• "You've started several reviews on WhatsApp today." There's a daily limit on WhatsApp. Write it at agoo.reviews, or try again tomorrow.
• No reply from Agoo. Make sure you sent the message to the number on the poster, and that you haven't replied STOP.
