Get Your Page Ready

Work through the checklist on your business area's home that makes your page complete, and choose whether you get the welcome emails.

  1. Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.
  2. On Overview, find Get Your Page Ready. The ring shows how many steps are done.
  3. Start with Confirm what you offer: it opens What We Offer, where you keep, change or hide what Agoo found on your website.
  4. Select a step that isn't ticked, such as Add your logo or Print your QR poster. It opens the place where it's done.
  5. Finish it there and come back to Overview: the step is ticked by itself.
  6. To put the checklist away, select Hide for now. Select Show Get Your Page Ready to bring it back.

Good to Know

  • In the Agoo Reviews app: open Business, then your page: Get Your Page Ready is at the top, and each step opens the screen that does it.
  • The nine steps: what you offer confirmed (first, because reviewers choose from it), your logo, a cover photo, opening hours, a few lines about the business with a way to reach it, the QR poster printed, your first 10 customers asked for a review, your first reply, and an official number verified.
  • Confirm what you offer is ticked once you've kept Agoo's suggestions or added, changed or kept an item of your own. The general review areas Agoo starts for every page don't count.
  • Each step is ticked from your page itself, so it can't be ticked by hand. Printing the poster counts the first time you print it, from Print the poster or your browser's own Print.
  • Customers you invite count towards the first 10 as soon as you invite them. Invitations aren't sent for some kinds of place, and then that step doesn't show.
  • Free on every level, and nothing on the checklist changes your score or where you appear.
  • The owner and head-office managers see the checklist. Someone who looks after some branches sees their branches at the top of Overview instead.
  • Welcome emails: when a page on its own becomes yours, its owner gets four short emails in the first two weeks, on the day and after 3, 7 and 14 days, each with one step still to do. A step you've done is skipped. An owner with only a mobile number gets a text instead.
  • To stop them, select Stop these emails under the checklist, or Stop these welcome emails in any of them. An organisation that uses Agoo is welcomed in the Console instead.
  • While your page waits for Agoo to approve it, the checklist helps it open ready. See List Your Business on Agoo Reviews.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • A step you've done isn't ticked. Reload Overview. For a cover or logo, check it saved on Your page; for a reply, it ticks once the reply is published.
  • You don't see the checklist. It shows to the owner and head-office managers. If you hid it, select Show Get Your Page Ready.
  • You still get welcome emails after stopping them. One may already have been on its way. No more go after that.
