Publish a Roster to Staff
Send the roster's new shifts, changes and removals to staff in one go, with a note if it's short notice.

Go to ConsoleAttendanceRosters and choose the site.
- Select Publish. The button shows how many changes are waiting.
- Check the summary of new, changed and removed shifts, and Warnings in this publish.
- Add a note. A change to a shift starting soon needs one, such as "Covering for Ama, who is on a course".
- Select Publish.
Each person whose coming shifts changed is told once, in Agoo Workspace or by email. Today, the timesheet and shift reminders use the new roster at once.
Good to Know
- Publish covers everything waiting at this site.
- A shift you remove after publishing shows to the person as removed.
- Each publish is recorded in the audit trail.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Publish is refused because of two shifts at once. Two of someone's shifts overlap, here or at another site. Move or remove one.
- A change on a past day is refused. That day is in an approved timesheet. Reopen it first.
- Someone didn't hear about their shifts. They have no Agoo Workspace and no email on their page in People.
