A business with several branches can be reviewed as a whole, or one branch at a time. You choose each time, and your review counts in the business's overall score either way.
agoo.reviews → the business → Write a Review- Search for the business and select it, or open its page and select Write a Review.
- Under What Is Your Review About?, select The Whole Business if you're rating its service overall.
To rate one place instead, go to Or One Branch, search for the branch by name, area or region, and select it. On a page for a bank, a telco or mobile money, the first choice is Online, phone and app, which is also for the business overall.
- Write your review and select Send review.
Good to Know
- Head office is a branch. Choose it only if you visited that office. To rate the business in general, choose The Whole Business.
- From the search box: select the business's own row to choose in the form, or a branch's row under it to go straight to that branch.
- From a branch's page: Review This Branch chooses that branch. Review the Whole Business is beside it.
- Your review shows on the business's page with The whole business or the branch's name. Readers can narrow the page's reviews to either.
- The overall score is every review together, whichever you chose. Each branch also has its own score, from its own reviews. See How the Agoo Reviews Score Works.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Your branch isn't listed. Select Suggest a missing branch in the form when your search finds nothing, or see Suggest a Branch or a Correction.
- You chose the wrong one. A review can't move to another branch. Delete your review, then write it again and choose the right one.
- An invitation chose the branch for you. A review from an invitation is about that branch, so the other choices are closed. Open the business's page yourself to review it as a whole.
