Go to ConsoleAttendanceToday.
- Choose a Site, or Every site.
- Filter by In now, On break, Left, Late, Not in or On leave, or search by name, job or department.
- Select a person to open their attendance.
Today keeps itself up to date while it's open. Use The day before to look back at a past day.
Good to Know
- Late, Not in yet and Absent come from shifts: a published roster, or a weekly fixed shift. Without shifts, Agoo never calls anyone late or absent. Shifts come with Growth and above.
- Someone is absent only once their shift has ended with no clock-in, and never on approved leave or a public holiday you observe.
- Private kinds of leave, such as sick leave, show to line managers as Away.
- If people report to you, choose My team to see only them.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Someone shows as absent but came in. They forgot to clock in. Add the missed punch.
- Nobody is ever late. There are no shifts for those people. Publish a roster, or check your plan.
- A day says Updating. Agoo is working out the day after a change. It settles within moments.
