See Your Group's Overview and Reports

   Open the group from Your groups in the organisation menu, or from the side bar.

   On Overview, read who's On site now, across the group, who's Still expected today, and each organisation side by side under Organisations today.

   Select Open beside an organisation to switch into it, where the group has access.

   Go to Reports and choose a Period to see visits, visitors, walk-ins and no-shows across the group, the Busiest sites, and Organisations compared.

Good to Know

• Group pages show totals only. No visitor or host names leave an organisation.
• Each organisation's numbers keep to its own plan's history and time zone.
• Open shows only for organisations that gave the group read-only or admin access.
• Group pages need two-step verification in your session.

If Something Goes Wrong

• An organisation shows no numbers. It may have joined only recently, or its plan keeps a shorter history.
• You can't open an organisation. It gave the group totals only. Its Owner can change that in their own settings.
