Find decisions about your reviews, replies, messages, answers and news of places you follow, on the web and on your phone.

- Sign in on agoo.reviews and select the bell at the top of the page. The number on it is how many you haven't read.
- Open a notice to go where it leads: your review, a message, an answer or the page.
- If you help run a business page, choose Yours or Your pages to see one kind at a time.
- Select Mark all as read when you've caught up.
Good to Know
- You hear when Agoo decides something about your review (published after a check, held, removed or sent back for a change), an appeal or report you made, a claim, a page you sent in, or a place you added.
- If you help run a page, its new reviews and questions, and its cases, show under Your pages.
- A short note appears while you're on the site when a new notice arrives. It goes by itself after a few seconds.
- In the Agoo Reviews app, notices are in Activity. Choose which ones come to your phone under You → Notifications.
- Straight after you sign in or make your account in the app, it shows what its notifications look like and asks whether you'd like them. Select Allow notifications, then Allow when your phone asks.
- Not now first shows what you'd miss without them. Select Continue without them and the app asks again in two weeks.
- Notices are kept for 90 days.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The bell doesn't change until I reload. Your connection may have dropped for a moment. The count catches up when you come back to the tab.
- No notices reach my phone. If Notifications are off shows on You, Activity or Messages, select Turn them on and switch on notifications for Agoo Reviews in your phone's settings. Then check your choices under You → Notifications.
- I chose Not now and want them after all. Go to You → Notifications and select Allow notifications.
- A notice leads to nothing. The review or answer it was about was taken down; notices about decisions always stay.
