See and Update Your Own Record

See everything your organisation keeps about you, and change the details HR allows, in My record.

  • Plans: Every plan
  • Updated 27 October 2026
  • 1 min read
  1. Open Your accountMy record.

  2. Read each part: your personal details, your job, your pensions, your numbers, where you're paid and your contacts.
  3. Select the edit button on a part you're allowed to change, such as your personal phone or emergency contacts, and save.

Your change saves at once, and HR sees it.

Good to Know

  • What you can change yourself is chosen by your organisation. A part you can't change has no edit button.
  • Your numbers and account numbers show as their last four. Nobody can show you your own full numbers in the app: ask HR.
  • Your documents lists your contract, certificates and licences, and you're reminded before anything expires.
  • Your history shows every change to your job, newest first, from the day each took effect.
  • My record is in Agoo Workspace too, under Me.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Your legal name, date of birth or a number is wrong. Only HR changes these. Ask HR to correct it.
  • You don't see My record in the menu. You're not in your organisation's directory. Ask HR or an Admin to add you.
  • Changing where you're paid asks for a code. That's a check it's really you. Use your authenticator app, or the code Agoo emails you.
