- In the email or notification Your pay account was changed, select This wasn't me.
- Agoo opens My record and asks if it wasn't you. Select This wasn't me.
- Select Sign-in and security and change your password. Turn on two-step verification if you haven't.
- Speak to HR to confirm where you should be paid.
Your pay accounts are held, so payroll pays into none of them until HR checks them with you. You're signed out everywhere except here, and HR has been told.
Good to Know
- You're told every time your pay accounts change, even when you made the change yourself. That notice can't be turned off.
- If you did make the change, select It was me and nothing happens.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't sign in to select the button. Contact HR straight away by phone or in person, so they can hold your accounts.
- Your accounts stay held. HR releases them once they've checked each one with you.
