- Open your group and go to Rules and admins.
- Under Rules for every organisation, turn on Require two-step verification for everyone if you want it.
- Under The longest members keep visitor data, set a limit for each kind of data, or leave No group limit.
- Choose how long The audit trail is kept for at least.
- Select Save the rules.
Good to Know
- Members can always be stricter than the group, never looser. A member keeping data longer is brought within the limit when you save, and its audit trail records the change.
- Only the group's Owner changes its rules.
- Under Group admins, choose which Admins of the lead organisation act for the group. They need two-step verification.
- Under The group, select Rename to change its name.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You want to end the group. Select Dissolve, then Dissolve the group. Sharing and every access the group had end at once, and each organisation's Owner is emailed. Every organisation keeps its own records and plan.
- The rules are greyed out. Only the group's Owner can change them.
