Share a Booking Page by Link or QR Code

Copy a booking page's link or download its QR code for posters, email signatures and WhatsApp.

  1. Go to ConsoleBookingsBooking types and open the booking type.

  2. Under Share, select Copy link to copy the page's address, or Open to see it.
  3. For a poster or leaflet, select Download QR code. To style the code first, select Design one (or Design, once it exists).

Put the link in your email signature or WhatsApp status, and the QR code on a poster at reception so walk-ins can book a later time.

Good to Know

  • The QR code is a tracked code, listed with your other codes in ConsoleQR codes, where you can see how often it's scanned.
  • Printed copies follow the booking page if its address changes.
  • Public: listed booking types also appear on your organisation's page of all booking types. Public: link only ones don't.
  • In the Agoo Workspace app, hosts can share their booking pages from their phone.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The Share panel says to save first. Save the new booking type to get its link and QR code.
  • There's no button to make a QR code. Your role can't make QR codes. Ask whoever makes your organisation's codes.
  • "A private type has no public page." Change its Visibility to a public one, or book it for guests with New booking.
