Put a Form on Your Website

   Open a published form and select the Share tab.

   Under On your website, select Copy.

   Paste the code into your web page where the form should appear, using your site's HTML or code block.

   Publish your page and open it to check the form.

Good to Know

• The form grows to fit its answers and follows each visitor's light or dark setting.
• On Forms Team, the form can show in your website's own colours.
• Responses from your website arrive with the rest, in Responses.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Nothing shows on your page. Check you pasted both lines, and that your site allows code in that spot. Some site builders need a dedicated HTML or embed block.
• The form shows as closed. It isn't published, or it's closed for responses. Check its Settings tab under Taking responses.
