- On agoo.reviews, select Sign in, or go to agoo.reviews/account/sign-in.
- Under How we send your code, choose Mobile number or Email and type it.
- Select Send me a code.
- Type the code under Enter Your Code and select Continue.
- The first time, choose The name on your reviews, tick I'm 18 or over. and select Make my account.
The same code makes your account if you're new and signs you in if you're not.
Good to Know
- You can also sign in with a passkey or with Google, Microsoft or Apple, where the sign-in page offers them.
- Agoo Reviews never asks anyone for their code. Don't share it, even with someone who says they're from Agoo.
- Your Agoo Reviews account uses your Agoo ID, so the same email or number also works for Agoo Forms and Agoo at work. Signing in to Agoo Reviews opens nothing of your organisation.
- Accounts are for people 18 and over. You can choose to keep your profile private when you make your account.
- In the Agoo Reviews app, go to You and select Sign in or make an account. Once you're in, the app shows what its notifications look like and asks whether you'd like them; Not now asks again in two weeks. See See Your Notifications on Agoo Reviews.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The code doesn't arrive. Wait a minute and select Send a new code. Check your spam folder, or try the other way in.
- "That didn't work. Please try again." The code may have expired. Ask for a new one.
- You've lost the phone or email you sign in with. Select Lost your phone or email? on the sign-in page and prove another way in. The lost one is removed after a 24-hour wait, and every way in is told.
- You see "Agoo Reviews is opening soon." New accounts may still need an invitation. Existing accounts sign in as normal.
