Swap a Shift in Agoo Workspace

   Open Agoo Workspace, go to Me and open Your shifts.

   Tap Offer a swap and choose the shift you can't make.

   Under Offer it to, choose a colleague, or Anyone who can take it.

   Offering to a colleague, choose whether to ask for one of their shifts In return, or No, just offer mine.

   Add a note if you like, and tap Offer the shift.

Once someone takes it, it waits for approval. You're both told the decision.

Good to Know

• A colleague finds your offer under Offers to you, to Take the shift or Say no.
• Offered to anyone, the first to take it gets it.
• Warnings, such as too little rest between shifts, don't stop a swap. Whoever approves sees them too.
• You can withdraw your offer until it's decided.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Your organisation doesn't use shift swaps". Talk to your manager if you can't make a shift.
• "Offering a shift needs a connection". Try again when you're back online.
• "You have no published shifts still to come that you could offer". Only published shifts still to come can be offered.
