Take an Open Shift in Agoo Workspace

   Open Agoo Workspace, go to Me and open Your shifts.

   Open Open shifts and tap the one you want.

   Check the times and any warnings under Before you take it.

   Tap Ask for this shift, add a note if you like, and send it.

Your manager decides, and you're told either way. Where the first to ask gets it, the shift is yours at once.

Good to Know

• You're told when a shift you can take is posted at your site.
• You can withdraw your claim while it's waiting.
• Once it's yours, it shows in Your shifts.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "You can't take this one now". You're on leave that day, already working then, or it has started.
• "You didn't get the shift". Someone else was given it.
• "No open shifts at your site right now". You'll be told when one is posted.
