Use Agoo Forms in the Agoo Console

   Go to ConsoleAgoo Forms.

   The first time, select Set up Agoo Forms. This makes your organisation's workspace, with your Owners and Admins in it.

   Select New form to start blank, from a template or with Agoo AI. While you have only a few forms, Start from a template suggests some: select Add on one.

   Build the form and select Publish, as you would on agooforms.com.

   Open the form's Share tab for its link, QR code and tracked poster, and its Responses tab for the answers.

Good to Know

• It's the same workspace as on agooforms.com. Open on agooforms.com takes you there with the same Agoo account.
• Members, the workspace's settings, exports, safety and data requests open on agooforms.com.
• ConsoleAgoo FormsResponses lists the latest responses across the forms you can read.
• Home has an Agoo Forms card, and Reports shows responses by day and by form.
• The questions each visitor type asks are a different thing: they're in ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You don't see Agoo Forms in the menu. Your role doesn't include it. Ask an Owner or Admin to add the Agoo Forms permission to your role in ConsoleSettingsRoles, or to add you in Members.
• It says you're not in your organisation's workspace yet. An Owner or Admin adds you from Members. Once they have, it opens.
• It says this sign-in can't open the workspace. Your organisation asks you to sign in with Google or Microsoft. Sign out, sign in that way, then open Agoo Forms again.
