Go to Forms (in the Console, ConsoleAgoo Forms), open the form's menu and select Move to the trash. In the Agoo Forms app, open the form and select Move to the trash.
- Changed your mind straight away? Select Undo on the notice.
- To bring a form back later, select Trash beside your folders, then Restore on the form.
- To delete a form now, select Trash, then Delete for good on the form, and confirm.
Good to Know
- A form in the trash stops taking responses at once. Its link, short link and embed say it's closed, and its tracked poster stops.
- It waits in the trash for 30 days with its responses and files, then it's deleted for good. Each form shows when it goes.
- A restored form comes back closed, in its folder. Turn Open for responses on in its Settings tab when it's ready to take responses again.
- Delete for good can't be undone: the form, its versions, its responses and the files sent to it all go.
- Owners and Admins can move any form to the trash. On Forms Team, a Builder can move only the forms they made.
- Every move to the trash, restore and deletion is recorded, and shows in your organisation's audit trail for an organisation's workspace.
If Something Goes Wrong
- No Move to the trash in the menu. Your role doesn't delete forms, or someone else made the form. Ask an Owner or Admin.
- "Agoo's safety team is looking at this form". A form being checked can't be deleted yet. It still leaves the trash by itself after 30 days.
- You need a form that was deleted for good. It can't be brought back. Its responses are gone too, so export them before you delete a form.
