Close a Kiosk or Self Check-In from Your Phone

   Open Manage and tap Quick switches.

   Under Self check-in from posters, turn a site on or off. Off, its posters send visitors to reception.

   Under Kiosks, choose a kiosk and tap Pause, with A note for visitors (optional) such as "Back at 2 pm".

   Open it again from the same place when you're back.

Good to Know

• Changes apply straight away, and a kiosk changes within a minute when it's online.
• A closed kiosk says it's closed, with your note, and sends people to reception.
• Guard phones and clock-in devices aren't closed this way.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No kiosks or clock-in points are paired yet." Pair one first in the Console or from Manage › Devices.
• The kiosk didn't close. It's offline. It picks up the change as soon as it reconnects.
