What Sorts Things Out Means

- Open a business's page, or one of its branches, on Agoo Reviews.
- Beside the score, look for Sorts Things Out, such as "7 of 9 customers said it was sorted out".
- Select it to read how the figure is worked out.
Good to Know
- Only customers decide it. When a business takes up a problem from a review, the reviewer can say how it ended: sorted out, not sorted out, or that they didn't want to take it further. The figure counts the first two, from the last 24 months.
- A business can't change it. Closing a case never counts as sorted out, and nothing a business pays changes it.
- It shows from 5 answers, always with the count, and as a percentage only from 20 answers, so a handful of answers never reads as a trend.
- Each answer stays private unless the reviewer chose to show it under their review. The figure counts them without showing whose.
- It's a figure beside the score, never part of it.
If Something Goes Wrong
- A page shows no Sorts Things Out. Fewer than 5 customers have said how their problem ended.
- You're the reviewer and want to change your answer. Open the business's message about your review and change it there. See Answer a Business About Your Review.
