Go to ConsoleSettingsDocuments and, under Add a document, choose Site rules, Non-disclosure agreement or Waiver.
- Give it a Name visitors will recognise, and write the Wording.
- Under How it's agreed to, choose how visitors agree, if the kind lets you choose.
- Under Who's asked, ask every visitor or tick the visitor types that need it. Then choose When visitors are asked again.
- Select Publish version 1.
Good to Know
- NDAs and waivers are signed with the visitor's typed name and a drawn signature. Site rules are usually accepted with a tick.
- Visitors sign on their pass before they arrive, when they check themselves in, at the kiosk, or at the desk.
- Every agreement has a signed copy: a PDF the visitor gets from their pass, and reception gets from the visit.
- To change the wording, publish a new version. Everything signed stays tied to the version that was signed.
- Archive stops asking for a document; its signatures stay. Restore asks for it again.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The kinds are locked. Site rules, NDAs and waivers come with Pro and Enterprise. Your privacy notice works on every plan.
- A visitor arrived without signing. Open their visit in ConsoleVisitors, and record it as signed on paper or accepted at the desk under Documents.
- Publish is greyed out. The wording hasn't changed since the last version.
