Go to ConsoleSettingsDocuments.
- Select Write the privacy notice.
Under Wording, write why you keep a record of visits, what you collect, how long you keep it and how people can ask about their data. Use Heading, Bullet and Bold for formatting.
- Check it under As visitors see it.
- Select Publish version 1.
Good to Know
- The privacy notice is on every plan. Every visitor accepts it with a tick on their visit page, at the kiosk or at the desk.
- Agoo keeps which version each visitor accepted, and when.
- To change it, edit the wording and publish again. The new version is shown to visitors the next time they come. Published versions never change.
- Your draft is saved as you type, on your computer and to your account. Visitors see nothing until you publish.
- Put your Data Protection Commission number in ConsoleSettingsOrganisation too.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Publish is greyed out. The wording is empty, or it's the same as the version already published.
- You can't see Write the privacy notice. A notice already exists. Open it from Documents visitors agree to.
