Go to ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms and open a visitor type.
- Under Add a question, drag a kind of question onto the form, or select it to add it at the end.
Write the question and any Help text. Under Who answers and when, choose Asked of the visitor or Staff only, and tick Required if it must be answered.
- Select Preview to see the form as the visitor or the desk will.
- Select Save draft to keep your changes without changing anything at the door, or Publish to make them live.
Good to Know
- Every visit already asks for the visitor's name, phone number, company and host. Add only what else you need.
- Questions on each form: 3 on Free, 10 on Starter, unlimited on Growth and above. Limits apply when you publish.
- On Growth and above, a question can be asked only when an earlier answer calls for it, or only At these sites.
- Versions lists every published version. Visits already recorded keep the version they were made with. Open one and select Copy into the draft to go back to it.
- Photos, files, signatures and ID documents are taken at the kiosk and in the Agoo app, never on a visitor's own page.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Publish gives an error. The form goes over your plan's limit or uses conditions your plan doesn't include. Trim it, or upgrade, then publish again.
- Your changes aren't at the kiosk. You saved a draft but didn't publish. Select Publish.
- A visitor wasn't asked a required question. Invited guests are asked it when they check in, and walk-ins answer it at the desk.
